Leaving the MTC

So, Jon left the MTC early on Tuesday Oct. 18th.  He called me from the airport because this nice gentleman let him use his phone.  It was a quick hello but of course it was wonderful to speak to him.

AWESOME NEWS-

I spoke with Jon's mission president's wife about his medication and doctors on Thursday.  GUESS WHAT??  

Jon has been called to be an Arabic Speaking Missionary in the San Diego Mission.  Isn't that amazing!!!!

His companion is Elder Hawkes who has been serving as an Arabic speaking missionary for over a year.  I can't wait to hear more on Monday from Jon.
